Hotel double booked on us and 4 others attempting to check in while we were so we never stayed. Attendant on duty wouldn't answer phone for hotel.com to call to confirm the was double booked. However hotels.com went above and beyond to get us a better hotel elsewhere.

We arrived later in the evening. Got there and the guy at the front desk was very rude. Says he way overbooked and was canceling people's reservations. We where lucky i guess. After we got our key cards we went to "our room" and it was open and sheets where disgusting. Not cleaned and stunk very bad. Got another room and at least the sheets where clean in that room. Overall i give this hotel a 1 or an F. Very dissatisfied.

The girl at the desk the night we checked in was more concerned about her boyfriend then helping us. The tv remote did not work and no one would help us. Our sink didn't drain and when we left the water was stagnant and dirty. The bathroom light worked about 1/3 of the time and there was a light that had fallen off the wall. We had a "suite" and could not get enough towels or bedding for us. Never again

The building is under construction and it’s not being properly restricted from guest that may interfere with what’s going on. The place could use sanitation as well

I came hoping to do laundry and there was no laundry room, no Gym, no pool, the breakfast wasn't good. I requested a furst floor room, the lady said there wasnt any available and that they were Wheel chair accessible and I am using a cane, I really wanted a walk in shower but i didn't get that on the second floor.

Came for overnight stay. Room had slight smoke smell even though it is a non smoking facility. Ice machines out of order. Facility shows age, needs complete renovation. Room was adequate and clean for my grandson and I. Breakfast was basic no frills. Decent value for the cost.

This has been my worst stay away from home, totally dissatisfied with the service between the room the beds in poor condition garbage on the floor bad service of the woman who attends at the window, she yelled at me she insulted me and made fun of me because she couldn't give me the room card

We made a reservation through Expedia, and upon our arrival, we were informed by the gentleman at the front desk that there were no available rooms. When I inquired about the reservation, Joe, who was assisting at the front desk, became noticeably irate. While we were the ones facing an unfortunate situation, Joe's demeanor was not reflective of professional customer service standards, exhibiting an unsettling level of frustration. After a four-hour drive, it was disheartening to discover that our reserved accommodation was unavailable, and the manner in which this matter was handled was less than satisfactory. It raises concerns about their customer experience, given the distressing encounter we just faced.

They did not have a room on the 17 my check in late evening the room they had the air conditioner was not working room was hot and dirty carpet stains and smells i have been fighting with them to cancel they have not do far And i cant get you all to help
