The bathroom had hair on the floor and in the bathtub. The toilet was not clean. The refrigerator was filthy. The curtains were not attached properly and the window screen was ripped. The entryway was dirty and the carpeting was torn and filthy in the hallways. There was trash everywhere outside. This was probably a nice hotel at one point, certainly not now.

We booked our reservation on 1/2/24 for dates 5/16 through 5/20. We were staying for a concert and didn’t get there until midnight me and 3 other people. When we got there they told us they gave our room away because other people who did not reserve a room showed up???? They said they tried to call in which I looked at my phone and had no missed calls do voicemails they also said my card declined which also wasn’t true because I A had money and B my bank tells me when things attempt to come out of my account. I did a pay at property at the time of booking and since I didn’t pay ahead they gave my reserved room for over 4 months away to people who just walked in the door. I would not suggest going to this hotel if you are making plans ahead of time we had to drive and call around until 1:30am to find a place to sleep for the weekend. Very horrible and I’ve never heard of this happening ever. DO NOT RESERVE AT THIS HOTEL

Unclean, service was horrible. Ice machine not working. TV not working. No staff available. Sent E-Mail to General Manager, still no response. Definitely do not follow what sign said about being available and making things right.
