Nice clean room, the sitting area was nice and had new furniture. The breakfast was good but could use a little more varieties since we stayed over a week. They seem to be doing upgrades through out which is always good. So would recommend and would stay again if in the area.

The desk clerk greeted us so kindly even though we were arriving at 10 pm. The room looked to be newly remodeled and was impeccably clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the noise was minimal.

I only stayed a night but as a solo female traveler I thought this stay was excellent. Staff were super helpful and friendly. My room was spacious and clean and the amenities provided were perfect for my stay. This hotel is also located in a nice area and I personally felt pretty safe here as well. Overall, 5 stars in my book!

Although we arrived while outside painting was being done, the painters interacted with us as we walked around their ladders and rolled over cloth and covered ground. We were pleased to see that the entire building was receiving an upgrade. We look forward to making your establishment top drawer for our stay in the downtown or south columbus area. All of the other ammenities were satisfactory as well.

Hotel was nice, clean. Breakfast food was good. Downfall was how early the pool closed down, most hotels we stay at pools are open u til 10-11. 9 seemed a little early. Also with this hotel being so close to Berliner Park, I imagine a lot of baseball players stay there like us. It was unfortunate that the breakfast didn’t open until seven. For those of us who had 8 AM games(who typically have to be there an hour early) this weekend we weren’t able to utilize the breakfast since it didn’t open until seven. Overall was a nice place
