Amazing property. Kitchens in every room, but the price for the rooms are so great. The staff was also really friendly and helpful, will definitely stay here again

Nice Extended Stay

The stay wasn't too bad. I was greeted by 2 different workers with great customer service and very helpful. I was happy the coffee and muffins was out a little before 6am, since I had to get up at 5am. The hotel was clean. Since my stay was only for 2 nights, they do not come and clean up or replenish towels unless you ask, but i the room had more than enough for 3 days. The area is nice and quiet. I would definitely stay here again

Very nice stay at this property. Room was VERY clean. Parking was good..check in was verybeasy and the the young lady at the front desk was super friendly! About the only bad thing i can say is that the pillows are horrible..lol. Overall tho I would definitely stay there again

Cheap and dated rooms.

The room was relatively comfortable. But the cupboard doors were broken and it cost to get any dishes, pots, pans and such. The microwave is the smallest I have ever seen. Breakfast is next to nothing. The facilities are very dated.

They allowed us to check in a bit early so we could get to our concert. Hotel was quiet and staff was friendly. The room could have used some updating, chips out of cupboards, front of refrigerator discolored but it was clean and comfortable.

Hotel had a terrible smell. "Queen" beds were more like full size beds. Grab and go breakfast was ok on the first day but on the 2nd day there wasn't anything to grab. On the plus side staff was friendly.

Okay hotel for 1 night

I arrived shortly before midnight for my scheduled solo stay and when I arrived the clerk couldn’t make me a key and I ended up not having a key all night therefore couldn’t leave my room even if I wanted to. The bedding left me feeling off that night but could have easily been the type of detergent used as I was fine come morning. In the morning the new morning clerk made me a key so that was good. Breakfast was a small 5ft by 2ft counter by the entry doorway that had a decaf/ regular coffee machine, hot water machine, tea pouches, oatmeal packets, and a small two tier basket for fruit n grain bars on top and mini muffins on bottom. Again this was all on a small ledge/ counter only feet from the doorway. I found this hotel to be an okay ones to crash quick for the price though I will most likely will not be a return guest as I have hand just more pleasant experiences for only a little more money.

Convenient location and overall acceptable. Cost/value proposition not great. Cleaning staff gracious, kind and helpful; night front desk staff not so much. Room spacious, well-equipped, clean and comfortable. Heavy smell of marijuana in hall. Room "febreeze" deodorizer was overwhelming (even when set on low). Parking lot under construction; not enough spaces for guests; no measures taken to help guests find a place to park. Card entry not working on exterior door - no measures taken to inform guests. "Free breakfast" is the typical gaslighting description of a paltry snack and marginal coffee service - not anything like a "breakfast."

Disappointing

Very Disappointing! Usually like extended stay hotels, I was in Columbus the week before but at a different location and it was good. So I booked again this past weekend for work… i walk up and a young lady is standing outside arguing w/ whoever she was on the phone with, just so happen it was the front desk staff, had to wait till she got off the phone to get waited on after I just worked 10hrs smh…. I get to the room and put my food on the kitchenette counter and before I can get in the shower ants are all on the counter head for my food that was in a bag. Tried calling the front desk, room phone didn’t work, so I looked up the number and called on my phone, which I got the main office and they advised my to call back and press 4 for the hotel front desk, so I did… spoke to a different young that checked me in and she was nice, I told her about the issue, she said she’ll call back and get someone to come up(mind you I told her the room phone wasn’t working), anyway but no one came to check. I was super exhausted, I chalked it up and I put my food in the fridge and got settled to go to sleep due I had to be back at work at 7am… I didn’t even chance getting under the covers to sleep, slept on top of the blankets with clothes on. Smh
