Short Brown County Trip

The home and property was very clean and cozy. It’s in a location that is peaceful and quiet. The host is generous and communicative, making sure we had what we needed and that our stay was enjoyable. We will book here again if we’re back in the area!

We loved stayingg at the Birds Nest! It was close to everything we needed and everything inside was clean and well kept. The host was incredibly kind and caring. We would definitely come stay here again!

Fantastic get away

This was a perfect get away from the real world for a few days. The Nashville area was great with all of the small shops. We would like to check out the live music nexttrip. The guest house had everything we needed. The location was perfect. Very quiet, cozy & relaxing. Our only suggestion would be to have stronger water pressure in the shower.We will definitely visit this area again.trip trip.

Perfect Fall experience

Wonderful Escape

Our family enjoyed a wonderful escape at the Bird’s Nest cabin in Nashville, Indiana. There was plenty for all of us (myself, my young son, and my parents) to enjoy. The hosts thought of everything and the cabin was extremely well-equipped and comfortable. Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful cabin in the woods with our family! We look forward to return visits in the future!

Cute place but owner's on site.

Great stay and a cute property. Clean and well maintained. Only downside is that it is not completely private because owners are on site...the structure is actually attached to the garage on the end of their house. If that does not bother you, then great place!

This place is quaint, clean and not far from Downtown Nashville!

The owners are so thoughtful. They left all kinds of information on hiking, Dining, etc. Cute little deck to hang out on, a fire pit. A definite do-over.

Comfortable, cosy cabin in woods

Our second spring stay at this cabin, with comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, spacious dining area, well furnished but not cluttered living room. The back patio with grill looks out on forest and front porch ideal to watch rain. Close to great hiking and dining. Bloomington restaurants short drive away. Attentive host. Highly recommended.

Christmas getaway with friends

It was very nice and the cabin was clean and cozy. I did not realize when I booked it it us not a standalone cabin but attached to the main house. Felt a little deceived.

The property's address is 3575 Lanam Ridge Rd, Nashville. about 25 minutes drive from Bloomington and about 2.5 miles off of I-45. This is a beautiful cottage in a wooded area. It's cozy and homey, very spacious, and beautifully decorated. There is narrow road leading to the house. A beautiful place for vacation.

Cozy cottage

Great property for a home base while exploring in Brown County and surrounding areas for a few days. Everything was very clean and neat! The host was very responsive to questions prior to our stay. We also experienced a tornado warning and strong storm during our stay and he reached out to make sure we were okay. Would definitely stay here again!

My friends and I had an amazing, relaxing, and enjoyable stay at the birdnest. The owner was very quick to respond to any question I had. The cottage was very clean and had everything you needed to stay in and enjoy peace. We will definitely be booking again.

So cute - so comfy!

This stay was great -- we stayed here for a short reading retreat. We had the fireplace on and music playing the whole time. There was a Roku for any kind of streaming we wanted. Ken was very responsive when or if we needed anything. Definitely bookmarking the the Bird Nest for future stays!
