Our stylish space invites guests to get cozy with a stocked kitchen, living area, and work from home spots. Close to downtown Westerville, Polaris, and Otterbein University, with easy access to highways, Columbus, and shopping.
The Space:
This newly renovated oasis is designed for a cozy and relaxing stay. Connect, cook a meal, and relax in the spa. Our fenced yard invites pets to join in the fun. The unit includes a Kitchen, 1 Full Bathroom, 1 Half Bathroom, Living Room, Dining Area, and 3 Bedrooms.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full exclusive access to the entire house and fenced yard, including basement laundry machines.

Our home is situated in a quiet, residential area with accessibility to restaurants, attractions, and shopping. Nearby popular spots include Northstar Cafe, Westerville Grill, Sunny Street Cafe, and many more!

Nearby amenities abound with CVS, Kroger, and a quick drive to Polaris shopping and dining. Whether you’re in town for business, a Buckeye game, sporting event, or another occasion, we’d love to welcome you to the Westerville Wonder!
Other Things to Note:
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:
$35 (Less than 5 nights)
$50 (5 - 30 nights)
$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)

The location was great. A quiet neighborhood, close to everything Westerville. Nice location for neighborhood walks and proximal to downtown and parks. Very comfortable beds and fast communication with property management. The management was friendly and professional, but the house and yard felt like a rental without real care. The back yard was not well cared for, muddy with a bit grass. There were several visits from random service men for maintenance.
Family loved the hot tub. The location was great, with easy access to the Ohio Erie Trail down the street. Property management was quick to fix a faulty smoke detector.
