  • Welcome to Easy Livin` – your home away from home in Columbus, Ohio. This charming ranch house is located in a peaceful neighborhood near Easton Town Center, a premier shopping destination. With its prime location, you`ll have the convenience of being close to central Columbus while also enjoying a quiet and tranquil atmosphere.

    This cozy home is perfect for families with small children. As parents of two toddlers, we understand the importance of having a safe and child-friendly environment. That`s why we have taken extra steps to childproof our home and provide amenities such as cribs, baby gates, pack n plays, toys, and a child-friendly reading nook. We also have a high chair available for your little ones. After a day of exploring the city, unwind in the hot tub while the kids are sound asleep.

    We are also pet-friendly and have a fenced backyard for your furry friends to run around in. The home also includes a washer, dryer, and one-car garage for your convenience.

    Please note that parties and gatherings are not allowed on the property without prior permission. We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties, and any violation of this rule will result in the termination of your reservation with no refund. Smoking is also prohibited inside the house.

    Your comfort and safety are our top priorities, which is why we have exterior cameras at the entryway and parking area for added security. Rest assured, we are just a text or call away if you need anything during your stay. Check-in is self-check-in through an electronic deadbolt for your convenience. We do not allow outside guests, other than those on the reservation, on the property without prior approval from us.

    Late check out (12:30pm) available upon request for $75. Early check in (2pm) Available upon request for $75. Pets come with a $75 cleaning fee. Please remember to include the pet in your guest count when booking.

A good fit for our needs

We enjoyed our stay in the quiet neighborhood and we were able to include our pet which was a priority. Having two bathrooms was another item that was high on our list.

Graduation weekend stay

Easy Livin’ was a great spot to stay for OSU graduation weekend. We had plenty of room, the beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. The house is about 20 minutes from campus, and there are plenty of nice restaurants near by. One evening we had dinner at Dos Hermanos-highly recommend.

A Very Merry Christmas!

Our family of 6 adults had a great stay while in town to visit family for Christmas. The house has a lot of nice touches including a fully stocked coffee bar and a working skeeball game. The holiday decorations (including a beautiful Christmas tree!) were a wonderful surprise! Rachel is a great communicator. We had all the attention we needed. Thanks for a great stay!

Weekend in Columbus

Location and house are great for families with kids! Lots to do within just a few minutes. The fenced in backyard and hot tub are a nice bonus too. There are plenty of baby proofing options which I appreciate with my 2 toddlers. My only minor complaint is the bedding was littered with dog hair which is not a complete surprise in a pet friendly home. Otherwise everything was great, would stay again

Our new go to in Cbus!

This home was perfect for our group of 5 adults, a 15 yr old and 9 yr old. The home had plenty of space for all of us, was equipped with everything we needed and more. We brought a badminton set and spent our evenings taking advantage of the big backyard and we even did some geocaching on the nearby walking trails. The neighborhood was super quiet, not alot of traffic and conveniently located to everything we were there to do. Communication with Rachel was clear and easy. Will definitely recommend and stay here in the future. Thank you, Rachel, for opening your home and helping us make great memories!

Great Stay in Columbus

We had a great stay in Columbus. The back yard is wonderful for dogs and entertaining. I (unsurprisingly) forgot one of my personal items at the property and Rachel was willing to coordinate a pickup time after I had checked out. The house was very clean upon arrival. My only complaint is a few of the amenities listed did not work very well or at all including skee-ball, master bedroom TV, and the popcorn machine. The lawn was also well overdue for a trim. I definitely recommend staying at this property!

Good stay but attention to details would make it better

The house was easy to find and close to lots of amenities but the neighborhood was less than ideal except for the nearby park. The house could use a deep clean with new pots and pans and kitchen supplies. For a house that sleeps several adults and children, the living room only has one small couch. Also, the house doesn’t do well for young kids going to bed for you can hear everything! Suggestion, bring a sound machine to help children sleep. When the internet stopped working because of a payment issue, the homeowners responded quickly.

The little things

I would say this place really deserves a 3.5/5. There are a few things that need work probably more seating, more coffee cups. Etcc. If this place can host 6 people it probably needs sux of at least the basic utensil etc. Where it really needs help is a lot of cleaning and maintenance. The vents were filthy. The kitchen floor moved around. All the outlets are broken. Normally this wouldn't bother me except i have small kids with small fingers, easy to get pinched. The owner did say this was a kid appropriate house but wouldn't stay there again. Which is two bad because the owners were great and location was awesome. Really wanted to leave a good review.

The house was great for my adult family of five. We skipped the hot tub as we thought it was too cold to go out. Snowing a little bit. There were enough towels for everyone and the house was clean. Also, there is gas heat so it was good and warm. The location provided great access to our family schedule of events this weekend and it was near the airport too. Great communication and loved how kid friendly it was. Brought my husband and almost two year old out for the veterinary conference and they had lots do to. Books, toys, etc. My little guy especially love the skee ball machine. We didn't get much time to try out the hot tub and never got a chance to use the popcorn machine but those were cool add ones to make the stay fun as well.
