Excellent staff! I was very surprised to get a text very shortly after getting to our room asking how our room was and if we needed anything! No hotel has ever done this to me before, and I was so pleasantly surprised by this gesture. Great way to stand out! Will plan to stay here again next time im in Easton

The room was clean and the location was great if you plan to do some shopping at Easton - you just walk from hotel. As far as the room - the bed was not comfortable, mushy and you totally “sink” into it. The TV remote did not work so we had to call front desk to send someone to replace the remote (that was at 10:00 p.m. and although an inconvenience they took care of it promptly). I would probably not stay here again but that is due to the very uncomfortable bed.

Very welcoming. Allowed early check in. Good view. Comfortable bed. Great shower. Great living space. Able to walk to the shops. I did not like that the TV was to the side of the bed so I had to look over my husband to watch. They did have a coffee bar downstairs but when I went down in the morning, there was no one there.
