"Everything was perfectly lovely during our stay. The rooms are big and clean; the service is great; the amenities of breakfast and dinner were an added bonus. First time staying at a Drury and will definitely look for another again!"

"This hotel was the best I've stayed in Columbus yet. It is centrally located, easy to find, easy to use, has a great staff, is incredibly clean and well-designed. The best part: they had the WNBA games on in the lobby without prompting! No lines at check-in, easy parking, elevators, food delivery system, great rooms with ample space, temperature control, and comfortable beds. This will be my new go-to spot when arriving in Columbus."

"This was a nice hotel, the lobby is beautiful and the history was fascinating. We liked the idea of staying where presidents stayed. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The downside was the room we were in faced an extremely noisy street and it was loud all night. The bathroom shower was extremely tight if you are 6 ft tall or a large person. The last downside is the parking. There is a lot next door for Westin guests if you use valet parking it is $40.00 a night. The self parking option was not working every time we tried the website was not working so we paid the extra money for valet even though we self parked"

"The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in with very clean sheets. The room itself was very clean however, there was some peeling paint on the ceiling, as well as some strange black marks at the top of the mirror in the bathroom. At the time we visited the air-conditioning was out in the lobby, but was not affecting the rooms. Front desk staff were very, very helpful. Our only complaint was, they only gave us two large towels and one washcloth for two people. We didn’t notice until the morning of checkout when we went to shower, but didn’t wanna bother the staff because we were sure they were very busy. My only recommendation would be to add more of those to the room rooms."
