"the internet was down , the room was disgustingly dirty, our lock was broken, we did not feel safe . it was in a bad area and it smelled like marijuana, and there were crumbs in the bed. we checked out a day early and were told we would get a refund and have not heard back in regards to it . "

"Room was clean, pool was too cold to swim in, breakfast was nice. Our room had several maintenance issues that were not addressed- our sliding bathroom door was completely off the track. We could not close it. And the sliding shower door did not shut. "

"The Kickback could have been a little better. Started at 5:30 and we got there about 5:45. No forks and one of the 3 hot food trays was empty. It was replenished about 10 minutes later. Everything was clean, and the location was great for walking to the Nationwide Arena. Appears to be much to do in the area, but we did not hit any other venues on this trip."
