"Staff was great. They were patient and tried to help with my reservation. My rescheduled reservation did not get sent to the hotel. I had to call Hotels.com to try and get the reservation sent to the hotel, I was on the phone for an hour and was hung up on Twice! I gave up and paid for the room AGAIN directly with the hotel. I paid for the original reservation and a $150.00 change fee plus $134 to the hotel."

"There was no elevator. We are older and don’t like the first floor, but he did put us on the first floor so we didn’t have to haul our luggage upstairs, which was nice of him. We will not stay here again because there are no elevators. I had to take a very cool shower because there was minimal hot water."
