"First night there checked in went up to the room to cook. As soon as we started cooking on the stove…..MULTIPLEEEEEEE small and large roaches started coming out from behind the microwave and the cabinets. Did not have another room for us. "

"I was late traveling and arrived after 7pm Monday and unable to check in and had to get another hotel Came back Tuesday at 4:25 pm and no one there to check me in. I had to get another hotel room again. Filed complaint and they refused to provide any refund and said I was a no show!!!!! Unbelievable!"

"We stayed here for my daughters’ 15th birthday and loved our stay. Nicely decorated with a mixture of antiques and contemporary modern renovation of the bathroom. We stayed in the River’s Suite which allowed us all to have our own bed. Pam is friendly and responsive. This is definitely a B&B we will come back to. "

"I stayed at the 1425 Inn for a work event. I generally stay in a hotel in Columbia, but was excited to find a quieter and smaller room available via VRBO. I really never thought about using VRBO for a work trip, but I am so glad I did. The room was spacious and clean. The only challenge I had was the jacuzzi motor ran loud and was a bit too loud for my liking. I enjoyed a nice soak in the tub without the jets. Would definitely stay at this property again for work or enjoyment."
