"This is an older property. When we drove in, there was an older what appeared to be homeless couple eating with all their stuff laying in the shrubs and rocks. The rooms had no amenities at all. It was clean and did not smell of cigarettes but the hallways did smell of cigarettes. "

Somewhat limited room numbers (expansion is on the way, along with presumed upgrades to everything) and sparse accommodations could force a traveler to overlook the most important aspect of the stay: a comfy bed. They have a lot of these. Think 'best sleep you've had in weeks' kinda vibe. At the time of my recent stay here I had been on the road for quite a bit and the bed comfort level exceeded that of some $150-$300 rooms I had stayed at for work. If...

"219 smelled of mold, the next morning the bathroom smelled so powerfully of cleaning chemicals I could barely use it... and it still smelled like mold. I had to stay for work so I toughed it out, despite the internet not working, towels like sandpaper, and those horrible stenches."

Can’t think of a thing we wanted/needed that we couldn’t find. We took advantage of the outdoor gathering space, and enjoyed a perfect Spring afternoon with other of our friends in town for the same reunion. Would rent this place again in a heartbeat!"
