Pool is open until Sept 29 . Cool ground floor level apartment within walking distance of Faurot Field and Mizzou arena located in the heart of the southside of Columbia. Steps away from Lakota, Murrys, Flyover and Taphouse to grab a local favorite meal. 5 min drive to most hospitals and the University of Missouri. The 2 bed 1 bath apartment includes all new furniture, in unit w/d, Wi-Fi, Roku smart tv and necessities . Main bedroom has a California king size bed.

Had a great stay in Columbia - listing was just as notated. Had plenty of clean towels as well as other necessities - TP, paper towels trash bags etc. Easy to access and comfortable beds and couches.

The place was great! Quiet & clean! Excellent shower pressure as well. Close to grocery store & Missouri University Hospital. Our stay was not for pleasure but recovery after surgery and being that the home is on the first floor & spacious made the stay better! Great communication with the host. When will have to come back for follow up treatment I will stay here.

The location of the property allows easy access to everything you need. I walked to an amazing restaurant for dinner, then walked the next morning for coffee. The inside was absolutely clean, fully equipped, and had a luxury feel that included a king size bed... It was perfect!
