Welcome to South Side Escape! This 3BR, 2.5BA home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Enjoy a fenced backyard, a BBQ grill for outdoor dining, and Mizzou-themed decor throughout. Located in a prime south side neighborhood, you're just minutes from Mizzou, shopping, and dining. Perfect for families, friends, or game day getaways! Relax, recharge, and enjoy all Columbia has to offer.

Our 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home is designed for comfort and convenience, with plenty of space for everyone to relax.

Main Level:

-Master bedroom with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom.
-Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook at home.
-Cozy dining area leading to an all-season room perfect for morning coffee or evening chats.
-Washer and dryer for your convenience.

Upstairs:

-Two large bedrooms, each with a queen bed.
-One room also includes a futon for additional sleeping space.

Step outside to enjoy the large fenced backyard, perfect for outdoor gatherings.

Fire up the gas grill for a BBQ or unwind with a cup of coffee from the Keurig machine.

Whether you’re here for a game day, family trip, or just a weekend getaway, South Side Escape has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Guests have access to the entire home except the garage and a couple closets are locked.

Very nice place to stay

My wife, son, daughter-in-law, and 1-year old grand-daughter spent two days in Columbia, MO at "Spread Out On The South Side" while visiting family in the area. The house worked great for us. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. Very convenient to everything in Columbia.

Perfect location

6 of us stayed here for a big family reunion nearby. The house was perfect for what we needed. The screened porch was a big hit and all the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Communications with the host was easy and prompt. Would stay here again.
