This is a long term property so we understand the inconveniences. However, someone kept blocking the exterior door open, residents didnt clean up their dog messes, people hanging outside in the hallways, non guests using ourdoor patio tables. Bed was hard as a rock, and dressers were not dusted inside the drawers and the closet had no doors and the curtain was broke so could close it properly..

Room and property was clean. Fresh linens, good towels, surfaces wiped down and clean. Staff was friendly and attentive. That said, this is an old extended stay hotel in dire need of a complete remodel. The bathroom fan rumbled at such a high level we just never turned on the light. Bathroom sink sags from mount, countertops in kitchenette delaminating, refrigerator looks like someone took a bat to it.

Loved the room, but the people above us had a child and puppy, which is no big deal except the child was stomping on the floor and jumping off the bed onto the floor. Didn't get much sleep the first night. The second night we had enough and contacted the front desk and asked if they could please ask the people above us to keep the child from jumping off the bed onto the floor.

Will never try to stay here again. I had a room for 3 nights, was sick the first night and didn't get checked in. When I tried to check in the next morning they had sold the room from underneath me and left me with no where to stay but I still had to pay for the whole stay. Stay here only as a last resort
First the positive- staff was always friendly and helpful. Now the negative…no ice machine, the free breakfast consists of oatmeal packets, pre-packaged muffins, and granola bars. No juice, no yogurt, and definitely no hot food. Even though the hotel is non-smoking, the rooms reek of years of cigarette smoke baked into the carpet and walls. The hallway smells of vinegar. One tv remote barely worked, swapped it out at the front desk for a remote that had different issues.

I don't have anything good to say about this Extended Stay America motel. Check in staff was ok, I'll give them that. However, we had to wait ten minutes to get checked in and there was no one else besides us checking in. Guess the front desk lady and her boss was moving a refrigerator into a room for someone. Area around the motel is a hot mess. There was a bike that had no wheels on it just leaned up against someone's car. There was a girl sitting by the exit of the motel that, how can I say this nicely.... she looked like she was for hired if you know what I mean. This motel should really have a limit on the breeds and sizes of animals they allow to stay there because when we were checking in, some lady had a pittbull. Our bathroom smelled of week either from the previous person staying in there or coming through from one our neighbors. One guy who was next door to us was walking into his room with a brick on a string for some reason. Weird for sure. I would NOT recommend this place and Expedia should not even be listing this motel on their site.

Grounds keeper wanted
This location could use a grounds keeper and someone to walk the hallway to pick up trash. I was traveling with my pet and was not happy about the amount of general trash in the parking lot and the grass area. A lot of people don't pick up after their pets, even though there were bags and trash cans available. My room was nice, updated and quiet. I always check the AC filters and I was surprised to see they were clean. This location was not near my event location, but it was a good hotel.

Our room was supposed to be a non-smoking room but it reeked of cigarette smoke. I do think the room was cleaned well it just had a permanent small of smoker. The shower drain was really slow at draining so you were standing in a bath of dirty water by the end.

Won't stay here again.
Our stay was quick and we won't stay here again. The kitchen was unequipped (having to go to the front desk every time you need a plate or fork or cup was inconvenient), the bed was uncomfortable and the coffee wasn't good either. The hotel smelled bad and didn't seem to be very well cleaned.

I could not extend my booking for my room at the desk, but had to go on line. Then on line I was told I had to make a new reservation for the extended days. I made the new reservation for the extended days, but it would not let me start to reserve starting on Wednesday that I was to check out at 11am, but Tuesday. Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
The site was dirty and smelled like cigarettes. Very shady characters staying there. Will never stay there again.
