Apt was located in a great neighborhood. Was very peacefully and clean place to stay. Very nice apt was exactly as listed Host was wonderful. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in town.

Comfortable Stay

This property is in a great location - close to everything. Petina was more than accommodating and super responsive. We arrived early and needed assistance with checking in and she made sure to get us all squared away with no hiccups. Her place is exactly as described and I would absolutely recommend it!

Absolutely perfect location for a visit, great prices, everything we needed and Petina was fabulous to work with!!! The neighborhood was perfect as well. Very safe and maybe a 5 min ride to school.

Property review

Owner just acquired the property so we were the first tenants. Overall, property was fine and the beds were comfortable. Some issues with wifi and the washer because the property was so new to the owner, but the owner responded quickly and was able to get things fixed.

We spent one night for an event at U of SC. The address in our email for directions was to a different location but I contacted the host and received the correct address which was also in the email as driving directions. The host apologized and said that was supposed to have been fixed. Over all it was in a good location, was very clean and quiet. Very convenient for a one night stay.
