The hot tub is not working and has been down for awhile. The lady at the front seat was very rude when I told her they should put it on their website that it is down. The hot tub is the reason I picked this hotel. The pool is so cold you can’t even swim in it. So disappointing! On the other side the breakfast was ok. But the man taking care of the breakfast area was amazing. He made sure everything was stocked and clean. Was very impressed.

We really enjoyed our stay at Comfort Suites Jeff City. My husband had business meetings. He usually stays at another hotel, but this one was so much nicer. We really like it.

I gave this a rating of 4 because I chose a handicapped room for my mother who is in a wheel chair. The door to the room was heavy and didn’t have a way to hold it open while I was trying to get her into the room.

I called 2 hours before booking, to ask if pool and hot tub were working. Lady that answered the phone said yes, everything is working. We get here to find out the hot tub is out of order.

The hotel was clean and employees were friendly and helpful. After arriving at our room the television wouldn"t come on but emloyees took care of the problem.The bed was comfortable.I would definitely stay ther again.

Overall pretty good by today’s “standards.”There were some hairs in the bathtub. I cleaned the tub, so it wasn’t a big deal. Hot-tub was out of order, but so is every other hotel hot-tub in the U.S. The dead-bolt on the room door wouldn’t work until I realized I had to lift the door a little to let it slide in. Someone knew it was messed-up and left it that way, or maybe it wasn’t checked at all. I miss the days of standards. They are gone.

Waited at the desk for 10 minutes and had to call the desk staff to get checked in. Even on weekends the pool is closed by 10... should be open till 11 or 12 on weekends

The front desk person who checked us in was amazing! She was kind and helpful… I wish I had gotten her name!! The room was comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast, though free was not good. Barely warm at all and that was at 7:45 am. waffle mixture tasted 'off'. Entire week we mentioned about pool water temp being too cold to get in they told us they check it and 'raise' it. Spa out of order entire time. Only thing warm was the room which was like a steam bath. Very disappointing. Location was great for us as we do day trips so easy access to a lot of roads yet far enough off to be quiet.
