Very complicated instructions. Arrived at 10pm with no code for the apartment. Called support immediately and didn’t get in the apartment till after midnight. Denied any compensation. Terrible business.

Won’t stay there again.

The parking deck is hard to find, there is so much construction and crossing buildings… I got lost looking for my car every time.. the number you’re supposed to call took 1 hour to connect after three tries. The apartment was aesthetically cute but I found lashes and hair in the sheets and the shower… the tenants that live there kept looking at us strangely and there was NO STAFF TO HELP ANYWHERE.

This property was very nice. We were a family of four and had plenty of room. The lack of stars is simply for the communication factor. Checkin was a NIGHTMARE! No other way to put it. I was supposed to get an email with a code to the lockbox. I did not. The number to call is a foreign number. I found one lone worker out on the street who was able to help me. She was an ANGEL!! (Gabby...THANK YOU). After 45 minutes of trying to get into our place we finally got the code. (This was all after a day of driving...12 hours) The fob did not work for the pool gate. Checkout was no better. I was supposed to leave the key in the lockbox again but was not given the code...AGAIN! I was able to track down Gabby, and once again, she was our only help.

I do not recommend staying here if you are planning on arriving outside of the hours 9:00 am - 5:30 pm M-F. We arrived in Saturday after 8:00 pm, and we did not have a way to enter our room because a key was not provided. We called local management and left a message, and our message was returned the next day. An additional international number was provided, which cost $108 to talk to someone on the phone, and they could not help. Finally the next day, we received an email with a code to use on the door. Apparently this has happened several times! They did nothing when I asked for a partial refund for being locked out. Also to note: to arrive at the location properly, use the address of the parking garage, and park on the second floor, which is stated in their email instructions (good luck getting an email from them! Mine was addressed to a different person in a different room). We enjoyed our one night stay with beautiful views, although I'll end with the bathroom sink had a couple of hairs near the faucet and the base of faucet was dirty as well. Unfortunately, never again will we put ourselves through this experience.
