The exterior of the property includes a very well maintained yard with a quaint front and back patio

Beautifully remodeled house in a great quiet neighborhood located in the heart of southside Columbia. All rooms have ceiling fans , new furniture, bedding and mattresses. TCL roku smart TVs located in each room.

No access to garage, shed, basement and laundry. Full access to the rest of the house including front and back yards.

Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space with all the amenities you have at your own home. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a comfortable quiet place to stay that’s close to everything.
