"Hotel has 7.2 rating no idea how. The condition of the buildings and general cleanliness was pretty poor. Probably should be a 4-5 rating"

"1) Great location. 2) Great views. 3) Good breakfast with hot options. 4) Reliable WiFi but it requires logging in every 24H, which means it can drop out in the middle of doing something. 5) The printer in the business center did not work (no toner). 6) They often lock the front door to the hotel, which is really annoying and stupid. 7) One front-desk guy is really argumentative and annoying. 8) No housekeeping unless you ask for it before noon. 9) Electronic room keys often do not work and need to be replaced at the front desk, which is annoying."

"Everything was great. We wished there were activities besides gambling as we needed a break to cut our losses!"

"I had an excellent day. I had a good time there or I can also recall I was having issues with my TV within 15 minutes. A tech was in there getting me straight. I would definitely come back again. The only issue I have is their gym. I wish they have more equipment in there other than that we was good."

"We stayed here to avoid the high prices of hotels at Mohegan Sun. It was perfect. The shuttle ran every 20 minutes until 2 AM and everything was very clean."
