"⭐☆☆☆☆ I would not recommend this hotel. I booked a one-night stay through Hotels.com and checked out as scheduled. After I left, the hotel charged my credit card an additional $713.94, claiming that I stayed an extra night. This was completely inaccurate. I contacted the hotel multiple times to resolve the issue, but no one was willing to help or correct the charge. As a result, I was forced to dispute the transaction with my credit card company. In addition to the billing issues, the property did not appear well maintained. The room felt dated, and the pillows and bedding did not appear as clean as I would expect from a hotel. Overall, the experience left me questioning the hotel’s recordkeeping and customer service practices. The most frustrating part was not the mistake itself, but the lack of assistance when I tried to resolve it. Charging a guest for a night they did not stay and then refusing to correct the error reflects very poorly on management. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this property based on my experience."

"This hotel was far below hygienic standards for a hotel I would have probably gotten an infection if I swam in the hot tub as I did see a scab floating around the property was not maintained well at all everywhere you looked needed to have repairs. Please beware before booking."

"The check in was chaotic and the check-in person wasn’t friendly or welcoming. She was blunt and to the point. There was no one to greet us or welcome us into the hotel or guide us or ask us if we needed anything. I had to keep asking questions. I had to ask a staff twice if they would bring cups to the room because they didn’t place any in there. There was no microwave in the room. The bathroom door does not have a lock. The a/c made noises all night long and it wasn’t that cool even when I turned the temperature down to 68 degrees. The indoor pool and hot tub needed to be inspected so we couldn’t get in and use that. We did use the ones outside and they were in good condition. I liked the areas for socializing and fire pits. I also liked there were bibles in the drawer because I didn’t bring mine with me. What I would recommend is that the customer service people be more friendly and welcoming. "
