"I love Hyatt for its efforts to reduce land waste. They provide full size shampoos, conditioners, and body was rather than mini bottles. They are locked of course, but Hyatt has eliminated so much plastic from landfills. Love it! "

"We spent the night here before flying from MSP. We had the hotel shuttle take us to Mall of America for several hours. It was nice to not have to worry about driving. We also used the hotel shuttle to take us to the airport the next morning. Great, friendly drivers! The hotel is very clean, great beds, and very friendly front desk. We would definately stay here again! Just a note - parking here is not free. We didn't have a car but if you do, it will set you back another $20-25 per night."

"The property met our needs. The staff were friendly and responsive. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. If managed properly, the free breakfast was great. Our first morning many items were gone even when there was over an hour of breakfast remaining. They were receptive to my feedback."
