Modern Glacier Getaway - 2 bed/2 bath
Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Located within 15 minutes of Glacier National Park, within walking distance to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and a quick drive to Glacier International Airport, Whitefish or Kalispell. Our condo is close to it all!
THE SPACE The condo is newly constructed, with beautiful modern-day finishes while keeping the Montana mountain feel. Being on the second level, you will enjoy the gorgeous, sweeping views of the Swan Mountains and Glacier Mountains from every room. Wake up to the picturesque views in the large master suite with a King size bed, desk with a monitor, private on-suite bath, and large walk-in closet. The master suite walks out to the large deck to enjoy your mornings and evenings, taking in the views. The second bedroom also provides amazing views from the queen size bed and a large walk-in closet with the other full bathroom just down the hall.
The center of the main living space is the beautiful fireplace, perfect for relaxing and spending quality time with family or friends. The open layout provides an open view of the luxurious kitchen, fully stocked with dishes and utensils, perfect for preparing meals. In addition, there is a large breakfast bar off the kitchen and dining area leading out to the large deck. Enjoy the coffee and creamer, which is provided, and anything in the fridge or cupboards. There is a dining table that seats 4 and a kitchen bar with an additional 4 seats.
GUEST ACCESS Private access to the condo is located in the back of the building, with a designated parking spot in the parking garage. There is a public parking lot outside the parking garage for additional parking spots.
The elevator provides easy access to the 2nd-floor and keyless entry to the condo.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE Free high-speed WiFi can stream movies or work from the master bedroom. The living room smart TV has Netflix available.
Located at the base of the canyon leading to Glacier National Park, you will be a short drive to all the highlights of the Flathead Valley – Glacier National Park: 20 minutes, Whitefish and Whitefish Lake: 17 minutes, Whitefish Mountain Resort: 30 minutes, and Kalispell: 20 minutes. It is a short drive (15 min) from Glacier International Airport if you are flying in.

Very nice property and comfortable beds! We enjoyed our stay in Columbia Falls. The location was great and close to numerous places to eat and the golf courses we played. 5 courses in six days, so was nice to return to such a grest pace after our rounds.
The property is beautiful and well kept. The place was stocked with everything you need for the week, including bear spray. Very convenient to local restaurants and grocery store. Short, easy drive to West Glacier entrance of park. Absolutely loved our stay.
We were two couples on motorcycles touring the beautiful park. It was perfect with all the amenities we could ever need, parking was great, and close enough to the park. Thanks Kris and Greg for opening your lovely home to us!

Hands down the best vacation rental we have EVER stayed in. Truly a home away from home. Kris and Greg have truly thought of everything that you could possibly need! Very well maintained clean home. Close to Glacier. Perfect location to walk to EVERYTHING! We were pleasantly surprised with how big the property was when we entered(pictures can be deceiving) it was so nice to have such nice large areas of space. Beautiful views from the deck. We loved that the bedrooms had fans as well-big plus for us! Great communication-I cannot say enough good things about them and this rental. You can’t got wrong!
We stayed in Columbia Falls so we could have a quick drive to West Glacier. This property was located in a great spot with lots of dining and entertainment for night activities. The property itself was very nice (and new). We would come back. Lastly, communication from the hosts was always quick and accurate which is always appreciated.
My wife and I and another couple stayed in this unit for five total nights - and I exceeded our expectations. Updated and clean, and a perfect location in Columbia Falls with many restaurants and music at Gunsight Saloon within walking distance. We enjoyed post-hike cocktails on the balcony every evening - even had a full moon rise over the mountains last evening - beautiful! Thanks to Kris and Greg for making our visit to Glacier NP that much more special.
This was a great condo within walking distance to some good food and a grocery store. I loved that we could walk to dinner and get ice cream. About 20 minutes to the west entrance of the park.
The condo was very clean. I especially loved how easy the check in and checkout process was. Wonderful communication from owners.
Condo is new and very nicely decorated. Elevator and dedicated parking was a perk. Right next door to restaurants, music, and yes, a dispensary. You do smell it sometimes outside and in the lobby, but not at all in the condo. Bedding was very comfortable. Living room is a bit dark as there is only one door to the deck, but we were generally only there at night anyway. We would definitely stay again!
It is a beautiful, roomy and very clean place that is also well decorated and stocked with whatever we needed. It was a lot to pay for only a quick one night stay, considering we didn’t cook or anything, although I think it would be a perfect place to stay for a longer period of time. I highly recommend this property.
What a beautiful condo in downtown Colombia Falls. The bathtub showers were a little small but everything else was perfect for our family of 6! Would definitely stay here again.
Perfect place to stay if visiting Glacier/Whitefish
This property was perfect for our family of 5 (myself, husband and 3 teenagers). It was stocked with any and all things needed for our stay. The beds were so comfortable! We loved being able to walk out the door and have our choice of restaurants after long days in the park as well as having a grocery store next door. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip! Only disappointment was we didn’t stay longer!
Quickly summarized...new, clean, spacious, wonderful mattresses, great layout, fully stocked, easy parking, A+ TP, and close proximity to Glacier National Park - we would definitely stay here again! Communication with Kris and Greg was very easy and they are proactive about everything. The unit is very tastefully decorated, with nice finishes - the owners have also stocked it with everything you could possibly need, even the bear spray. Many thanks Kris & Greg!
The Hosts have a wonderful property on the elevator accessible second floor. The Condo had a spacious walkout patio with gas grill provided. Plenty of comfortable chairs and a view of the mountains.The two bedroom,two bathroom home was nicely appointed with plenty of amenities that were available.(paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, toilet paper, bathroom soap, bear spray, etc.) we even used a Styrofoam cooler one day for one of our hiking trips. It was a nice addition after a long hike to enjoy a cold beverage.The condo was spacious and free of unwelcomed surprises.(the washing machine & dryer worked, there was plenty of hot water for showers, the stove and toaster worked,etc) There was nice covered parking provided with private security access to the elevator and hallways.The host also provided a book that listed local attractions within close walking distance, restaurants and bars. We used their advice every evening and were satisfied with the results.While in Columbia Falls, we had great weather and a great time hiking on the area trails.The only draw-back was a construction project that was going on next door and starting outback that left it hard to sleep-in with backup alarms and heavy equipment noises starting at 7am.( BEEP, BEEP, BEEP!!!) We came from the Eastern time zone so the noise just got us moving to the trails. The trails are what we really came for in the first place.Overall, Very Clean and would recommend this property to a friend or family.
The property is nice. It was a good locationfrom the West entrance and North Fork Area of GNP.
CF is on the quieter side so we liked that. The Cons:
The condo is on the 2nd floor of a 3 story building in the back. Unfortunately the balcony overlooked a construction staging area that was pretty unattractive. The condo is very dark inside. Only 1 exterior door going out from the dining area.
There was a cannabis shop on the far side of the building in the first floor so the lobby had that odor. Some might like that!
The Pros:
The condo itself was pretty well stocked. We loved having a really nice washer/dryer. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were good, double sinks in the master. If it matters to you, no cable tv. We streamed our own service through the internet in the smart tv. It was a little wonky but worked.
No tvs in bedrooms which could be a minus or plus for you.
There is a nice elevator to take your bags up snd down. We def appreciated that!
There was a bit of an issue with hot water the day we were leaving. We notified the owner and they responded right away that they were going to attend to it. The owners were very responsive really about everything.
In all, it fit our needs. There are several nice restaurants that we liked a lot. Pizza and mexican steps away. Three Forks Grille about 2 blocks away, very good.
