"Overall the stay was descent, however, the downfall is the location. Difficult to get sleep with boat motors launching, local truck meet up spot with trucks and cars revving up and burning out and the young crowd parting in the lot next to the hotel all night and early morning. No one available to discuss concerns, no staff at location through the night. "

"Easy to get to. Check in was easy. Exactly what I nexpected it to be of a budget hotel on US 19. Booked an accessable room as i have mobility issues and stepping onto a bath tub is a problem. I was put into a regular room on the second floor. If there was an elevator i did not find it. As i was only there 2 days for a funeral I didn't have the energy to get it fixed. "

"A wonderful holiday at Sandi's house! Everything was perfect and Sandi was a marvellous host - friendly, helpful and considerate. The games room was a great feature and was well used by our grandson ( age 8). The house was very well equipped with everything that was needed. The view from the main balcony was wonderful and it was great to see the variety of birds and the manatees ( through the binoculars provided!). For us Brits, the large/best beaches were a good car ride away but well worth the effort. This is certainly the best rental that we have ever experienced and we have rented in Europe, USA and Asia. We would totally recommend this house and would certainly return if we come back to this area of Florida again. Thank you Sandi for making our holiday so enjoyable! Simon Brown, London UK"

"Cleanliness: goodKim was quick to respond to any issues that came up during my 2 month stay. The outdoor spaces were my favorite during this time. Lots of different species of birds to watch, being right on the canal. We even had a sea otter show up to eat his catch of the day during our morning coffee!!! The area is very quiet and close to a few local restaurants which were all good and an ice cream shop. Shopping for essentials all within 5 minutes.I would recommend a railing down the middle of the stairs going out to the lanai though. With both doors opened you can't access the railing, which was not very safe for my elderly parents when they were visiting. "

"We really enjoyed staying on the gulf - it was a perfect place for us. In fact, we loved it so much, we are coming back in 2027. So much fun watching the dolphins and stingrays and all the other activity. The kitchen was more than adequatly stop. In was the perfect place fo rus."

"We only stayed 18 days. Things kept going wrong. Toilet leaked was still leaking when we left. The air conditioning on the wall in the bedroom leaked all over the floor. They came and fixed that. Ants all over. They should pay for a monthly spray to help with the ants. I am fighting cancer and just needed to leave. She did give me one month back but kept 2 months. Hopefully she used our money she kept to repair. Otherwise she is a very nice person, they need to be more proactive instead of reactive. "

"A second floor 2BR/1Bath large unit just off US19 in Hudson Beach, one block in and quiet. Unit has everything you require, comfortable bedding, large couches, large very Living Room, adequate kitchen with modern W/D, Smart TV and sound bar. Immediately next door is Hudson Beach Ice Cream Store which is a gem, been there for years. Hudson beach walkable nearby, mind you not a lot of sand but I was there on business. Virtually every fast food/grocery/Walmart within a few minutes drive. James replies rapidly to your messages. This village north of Port Richey is a mix of old Florida and new. Great value. "
