I would love to response to you because at check in time we clearly asked how many people in room and you said 2 and after the check in from the back door 3 people enter in room next day I asked same question and you said 2 people in room and I told you ma'am I can see 3 people in and out from your room and you agree because of camera. So I told you, you have to pay for the extra person and that's why we are rude. When I told you, you have to pay for that and it's very politely conversation between us until the check out. Reason for this response is at least other people know that what the customer do with hotel staff and how they lie and when hotel management point out that thing to customer they consider as a rudeness but who start that thing they don't write down on review.
