"We had a very good stay at the Casa. View of the mountains and sunset is the best you can get. The owner is superb and was very responsive and made everything possible to make our stay comfortable. He even left us some beers, coffee etc which was amazing and I appreciate the gesture.Improvements needed:It got very hot and the windows did not have grills or mesh and so opening them was a bit risky (bugs). "Good location - walkable to downtown San Elena (souvenirs, restaurants, supermarkets), also close to Centro Monteverde (drivable). Right next to a local soda (convenient for local/easy meals). Great room - lots of space in room/bathroom for family of 4. Beautiful view and was relatively clean. A/C and fan worked quick, no concerns. Fantastic Staff - Jocelyn was very helpful before and during the trip! They were very kind and accommodating as well. The breakfast was fresh made + was delicious."
