"Our stay at Poas Volcano Lodge was absolutely magical! If you are looking for peace, harmony, and a true connection with nature, this is the perfect place. The architectural and design choices are incredibly stylish and tasteful, yet the lodge feels completely cozy and like a home away from home. The interior design strikes a perfect balance between eco-friendly aesthetics and European comfort. Our room was comfortable with a breathtaking view. The heated blankets were an absolute lifesaver and a brilliant touch for the chilly mountain nights! The breakfasts were delicious, and the common areas had such a warm, inviting atmosphere in the evening. I highly recommend this lodge to anyone who cherishes tranquility, comfort, and quiet beauty. A perfect 10/10!"

"Absolutely everything was perfection. The welcome, the extras, the room, the ammenities, the grounds, the spa, the food, and most of all the staff; for making our experience unforgettable. We were so spoiled and it was so beautiful, we never wanted to leave. Except maybe to try their sister resort, The Springs. We even met the owner, who happened to be in town, and he was delightful. Definitely coming back and letting everyone know this is the place to find peace and luxury in Costa Rica."

"Selva Verda is in a beautiful location on the Sarapiqui river, slightly further off the tourist trail but a true eco-lodge. Great place to stay to immerse yourself in the Costa Rican rainforest and spot wildlife. We spotted a lot within the lodge area. I would recommend the guided nature hike which took us further into the grounds of the lodge. The guide was very knowledgeable and went at a manageable pace for our group of mixed ages. The swimming pool was good. Rooms are functional and clean and some have great views. The food was slightly disappointing but the location and experience made the stay worthwhile."
