Lindo colonia y un buen lugar

Muy bien, recomendado. Los chicos muy amables. El desayuno estuvo muy bien. La ubicación muy buena. El baño cómodo. Pudo ser un poco fría la habitación pero SI tenían calefacción. Con la cobijas fue suficiente para abrigarnos Solo un comentario por mejorar, las cortinas y en la puerta que tienen virtual, poner un blackout para la noche.

Atendimento, localização e café da manhã excelentes. No entanto a acomodação é antiga (quarto sem espaço para acomodação de malas, não há frigobar, banheiro bem apertado!). Esse item ficou a desejar, mas, no geral bom custo-benefício.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is walkable from the ferry terminal and walkable to the historic center as well. The property is definitely older and lacks some amenities, but for a short stay it is fine.

Location was great- walkable to/from ferry and bus terminal. Also close to heart of historic area and also more modern shopping and restaurant area. Breakfast excellent also. Only improvement could be room door keys-very old locks and hard to lock- never could figure out how to lock from inside.

Local excelente

A pousada é muito boa. Ficamos somente duas noites, mas adoramos. A localização é excelente, bem perto de onde chega o barco e próximo da rodoviária. O atendimento também é ótimo, todas muito simpáticas. O local é simples, mas atende às necessidades. Café da manhã com o básico e gostoso. Somente o Wi-Fi poderia ter sido melhor. Na recepção é bom, mas no quarto não funcionou direito. A água pode parar de funcionar, mas é só chamar alguma funcionária que resolvem em segundos.

Atendimento ruim e falta de itens

O atendimento foi muito ruim, feito com má vontade e parecendo que estava prestando um favor. Colocou no último andar e não ajudou a subir a escada com as malas. O quarto não tinha toalhas e sabonete. O piso do quarto estava molhado. O café da manhã era extremamente simples, a pousada não possui fogão para fazer ovos e outros itens.

Excellent walkable location

Place is very conveniently located to both the Buquebus ferry terminal and the old town. Less than a 10 minute walk to each. They honoured my room request to be on a higher floor and the included breakfast was simple but nice (hard boiled eggs, croissants, toast, jam/marmelade/dulce de leche, slices of ham and cheese, orange juice, coffee with hot milk, sliced canned peaches, cereal and milk). The air conditioning worked well in the room and no major issues with the wifi.
