Beautiful house on Palmer Lake in Colon, MI, one block from downtown
- Home has been completely remodeled recently. Spacious bedrooms with great views of lake. Large dining room to accommodate bigger families or multiple families. Home has a huge deck facing the lake, great fun to gather with friends and watch the boats go by. This is an ideal location for visitors to Colon, walking distance to two of Colon's magic shops and any of the downtown restaurants. Located adjacent to the boat launch and park, you can bring your own boat and keep your trailer parked close by.
Colon is the Magic Capitol of the World, located 2 hours from Chicago and Detroit, and easy to get to from the Indiana Toll Road and I-94. Colon offers the charm of a small community with plenty to offer in recreation. Colon is located is St. Joseph County, the County is well known for it's lakes and waterways and first class public parks offering mountain biking trails, disc golf and lots of opportunities to enjoy the woods and water. There are several great golf courses near Colon as well.
