This is my second visit to the facility. Food choices were basic, would not plan on eating there due to limited menu. Food itself tasted basic, nothing to write home about. Room and bathroom was clean, the A/C unit leaked water to the floor on my 2nd day. Location is good. This should be a 3 star facility, not 4.

We had the most wonderful stay at the Coffee Bungalow. The building, which has been beautifully restored and appointed, sits in arguably the best location above Kandy and the warm and elegant hospitality was memorable. We cannot recommend more highly! I was shocked to see a negative review in my name which most definitely did not come from me. Beware of hacks.

Great place to stay in Kandy! Rooms are clean, comfortable, and shower is great. Staff are true professionals and definitely want you to have a great stay. Hotel is perched atop hill just outside of town. Plenty of nice restaurants nearby and the town is a nice 20 stroll down the hill. Staff hooked us up with a great driver for day trip to Sigiriya. Great place to stay!

It’s a house near the national museum in an area with many embassies. We arrived during cyclone ditmah so there were lots of fallen trees and water but still found it walkable. Staff were friendly and able to arrange tuktuk ride. Breakfast was our first experience of Sri Lankan food and was serviceable ...
