We hosted our wedding here with 21 people, including ourselves. I couldn't have asked for anything better. The venue, food, vendors, etc. were just wonderful. "Stunning villa with everything we needed and superb views. Everything worked and we had all we need to include a baby. The washing line needs repair. It would have been helpful to be given advice that it is quite intimidating driving up to the villa from Bagni di Lucca, and that we should only rent a very small vehicle. The Australians and Americans in our group really struggled with the road and the access to the villa itself. "

"We left a big piece of our collective hearts in Treppignana! The massive, rustic building was perfect for our family group. When you travel a long way (Canada and Norway) it’s great to be impressed and that we were! Everyone was kind and accommodating to us. It was a very personal experience. We had the pizza chef come to feed us one evening. This is most highly recommended. I got pretty good at driving the road up to the palazzo but I recommend two things: at first, don’t do it in the dark, and be sure to rent a narrow, sturdy vehicle.
