The ac didn’t work and they fisrt told us to just open the window. After a second complain they gave us another room. The water keeps changing temperature so had to shower in lower temperature the usual to avoid getting burned. Breakfast was good

Excellent neighborhood, very nice breakfast but too long check in , most probably because of Christmas Days Upgrade and view weren’t given at the beginning even though i booked them, i had to call the reception again and mention it and then we changed the room

Beautiful hotel in great location
Really comfortable rooms with excellent shower and plenty of space. Lounge area is relaxing with nice background music. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Will return again soon hopefully.

This was our second stay at this Lovely hotel with welcoming staff. However a bit tight with the amenities, as we were in a room for four nights and the tea and coffee was never replaced leaving us to buy our own. And on one occassion, we were left with no towels, so needed to go find them ourselves.

Great location for Christmas markets, biggest room I have ever had, comfy beds, best breakfast although not enough seats and in day one we were in a smaller room and day two had to sit separately. Hotel was helpful but very few staff in reception- one despite a long queue when checking out. Overall would stay again.

Overall, it was a decent stay. Quiet night sleep , helpful staff and a good location to name a few. The room though need a refresh with outdated decor and marks on the wall. The floors in the bathroom was a little dusty.

I enjoyed my 2 night stay in room 1005 and even received a free upgrade, which was nice. Whilst the room was huge, the bathroom was quite small. Almost all aspects of the stay were great with the notable exception of a really poor internet connection/speed. For a hotel of this calibre, it was, I'm afraid, unacceptable and I mentioned this upon check-out. Come on Steigenberger, you need to address this!!

Great hotel; terrible WiFi
We’ve had a business conference in Kolon, The hotel was really nice, centrally located, great breakfast and fitness room, except that’s its WiFi wasn’t functioning properly for the entire 8 day stay, making it impossible for to work or communicate - it simply ruined the entire experience
