We stayed for 7 weeks and had an excellent stay! Apartment is exactly as described and we appreciated the well equipped kitchen. Christian is very attentive as a host and we could reach out anytime.

Eine moderne, helle, stillvolle Wohnung, mit sehr schön aufgeteilten Räumlichkeiten und einer großen Terrasse. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Seife, Toilettenpapier, Haartrockner, Küchentücher, Kaffeekapseln, Gewürze und auch eine Auswahl an Tee standen in der Unterkunft bereit. Der Vermieter wohnt selbst im Haus und ist rundum bemüht, seinen Gästen einen sorglosen Aufenthalt zu bescheren. (Auch wenn er selbst im Urlaub ist.) Er war jederzeit erreichbar. Parken ist kostenlos in der Straße seitlich möglich und bis zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle sind es ungefähr 7 Gehminuten. (circa 650m) Mit der Nummer 4 kann man in ungefähr 25 Minuten bis zur Messe Köln durchfahren. Idiotensicher für so Landeier wie uns. Wer kein Deutschland Ticket besitzt, kann sich die KVB App runterladen und dort ganz schnell und einfach sein Ticket lösen. (Günstiger als am Automaten in der Straßenbahn, aber auch möglich.) Wir hatten ein 24 Stunden Ticket für 7,17 Euro p.P. gebucht. Besser geht es nicht. Parken in Köln kostet im Durchschnitt 2,50 Euro in der Stunde. Dazu fahren die Straßenbahnen circa alle 14 Minuten. Von der Haltestelle Lanxess (eine Haltestelle weiter als Köln Messe) sind es circa 30 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Dom und weitere 30 Minuten bis zum Hohenzollernring. Ein weiteres Ausflugsziel nur circa 7 km von der Unterkunft entfernt war der Altenberger Dom. Wir waren von der Lage. der Gastfreundlichkeit, sowie der Unterkunft selbst total begeistert und würden jederzeit wieder hier einchecken.

Einfach sensationell. Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Alles vom Feinsten!

Perfekt! Es hat unsan nichts gefehlt Ausgesprochen ruhige Haus in ansprechender Wohngegend Sehr helle Wohnung, die im Souterrain liegt mit großen Fensterfronten und Fliegengittertüren. Rundherum viel Wald und hervorragende Freizeitmöglichkeiten für Spaziergänge und zum Rad fahren. Sehr zuvorkommender Vermeiter.
