The hotel itself is very pretty modern & very clean. Great selection of breakfast, quality if the food was great. The one point to focus on is the costumer service in the reception especially by the bar.. apart from that its great!

My Stay was very pleasant. As always the Staff gives a high service. Hotel has great comfort, great staff, great location. Clean Hotel, Clean room great standard.

It was a nice if a small room, however it seemed like the air conditioner wasn't working properly, had to keep the window open 24/7 in January.

Slow check in experience. Hotels.com/Expedia references not on hotel system. Process took 40 minutes to check in. Could only pay at hotel. Not a great experience. Hotel close to centre and fine.

Dit hotel is heel basic voor de prijs. Kamer heeft bijvoorbeeld maar 1 prullenbak en is vrij fantasieloos ingericht. De kamer is wel schoon en oogt als nieuw. En deze is zeer geluidsdicht. Het was wel erg warm in de kamer en de airco werkte niet omdat deze in oktober centraal werd uitgezet. Alternatief was het raam openen maar omdat ik aan de straatkant zat kreeg ik dan een hoop verkeerslawaai. Het hotel lijkt niet berekend op de hoeveelheid gasten die ontbijten. Iedereen zit dan overal in de lounge verspreid en er staan lange rijen. Niet relaxed je ochtend starten. Tip: ga dan heel vroeg of heel laat ontbijten.

It was OK. Apparently, this is one of the cheapest places in the area. Rooms are small but comfortable. Breakfast is OK. The location is good, I think it’s 10 or 15 minutes to all the main attractions. The parking situation is pretty good. Also, you just park in the basement and there’s a door leading right to the hotel.

Für das Parken in der Garage zahlten wir 25 Euro für einen Tag. Bei einer Bewegung des Autos innerhalb dieses Tages hätten wir erneut 25 Euro zahlen müssen.. nicht nachvollziehbar und ärgerlich

員工訓練不足，床上有蟲子引發我身體過敏，台燈上有蜘蛛絲，他們總共幫我換了3次房間，沒有關心我的過敏，只是一直說他們房間沒有問題，員工親眼見到床上的蟲也不知道如何處理，印象很差。
床上不知名的蟲，他們一直說是窗外飛進來的，但是導致我過敏

Top für Städtetrip

Wir hatten ein Standard Doppelzimmer für 3 Nächte über das Wochenende. Das Zimmer inkl Bad waren sehr sauber und ordentlich. Allerdings eher klein, was für uns kein Problem war. Mit großem Gepäck oder wenn man viel Zeit im Zimmer verbringen will, ggfs. etwas eng. Die Mitarbeitenden an der Rezeption waren immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lage in die Stadt war top. Frühstück kann ich nicht beurteilen. Für einen Städtetrip sehr zu empfehlen.
