Was under refurbishment so was understandable why it did not look the best when first walking in. But the inside, rooms and view was brilliant. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Very close to the city centre, train station and BayArena too!

Room was in poor state, very badly stained carpets, ripped curtains, awful marked bathroom sink, etc..... The fridge didnt work (fixed next day), the coffee machine didnt work, despite reporting it each day for 3 days. On the 4th day l unplugged it and took it to the reception desk and asked for another one, which then arrived, but no coffee with it! Was told l should come to their front desk every day and they would give me one coffee pod! Room service left used cups and glasses, too. Btw .... was unable to post photos with this review, otherwise all above could be shown! Should have believed the other reviews!

Overall ok
It’s was for the third week I stayed in best western Leoso Hotel Leverkusen but last stay was not as pleasant as earlier ones. So overall it’s nice as rooms are spacious and free minibar . But the coversheets i didn’t find so clean but as it was near to Rathaus Galerie and leverkusen mittebhbf booked it for my business trip.And also others options were not available

The stay as ok but alot have changed in this hotel, like you have to pay to use tge pool, unfruendly staff, bad customer service, getting any thing fro site is an issue example ice for you room etc, no kn owledge of understanding guest, i brough extra guest this time and they said they won't come back to this hotel

not a hotel for the summer months
hotel specifies Air-conditioning in its room specification, however this not accurate. This makes the hotel uncomfortable in the summer months. additional the hotels rooms are very tired and in need to modernization / refurbishment.

The House Of Horror’s
Upon arrival (about 5pm), we found one employee at the front desk who had a line of four customers trying to check in. After some 10 minutes or so, we were helped and at the conclusion, there were an additional four people waiting to check in. Then we found our tv wasn’t working and the hairdryer also stopped working. There was no resolution to these problems. We were also suppose to have a King bed, but received 2 singles instead and we were simply told sorry, there was nothing that could be done. To top it all off, we were told the restaurant was closed and would not be available during our stay.

I dislike kinda of smell in this hallway of my room strongly and have got dirty--dental floss near the bed. Hope you put nice scent or check any used item like trash on the floor in the room.

Great Hotel,even better after the works!
It's not my first stay here ,I've been approx. 4 or 5 times before, and it is very convenient to stay at, if you need to be near Koln or the big city, but without such a high room charge.The train that connect you to the city & fair is less than 5 minutes walk from the Hotel..and the ride in will take just 10 minutes or so (depending on which train you get!)..The Hotels standards have just dropped a little on the past few occasions as it is overdue for some maintenance.however the staff did tell me that they are actually currently working on it now, as we speak, & indeed each room had no central heating, as last time, only the use of a small convector heater, so make sure you return in good time to switch it on before you settle in for the night, to warm up the room enough!

The hotel was lovely on arrival and the staff was very friendly. We arrived at 2pm and check in wasn’t until 3pm as there wasn’t anything to do near the hotel we decided to wait in reception until 3pm. I did ask if our room was ready by any chance and unfortunately it wasn’t, this was fine as we were under the impression we couldn’t check in until 3pm anyway. However 3 pm soon came around so I went to the reception desk to ask if we were now able to our room and we were told that it wasn’t ready, this was very disappointing, me and my partner had such a long journey and just wanted to chill out and relax before exploring the city. The receptionist asked if we could wait 10 mins and he would check for us and apparently nobody was answering. 15 minutes went by and we was still sat there and hadn’t been updated, again I went back to the reception desk to ask what was going on and was told that they don’t have any answer so we will have to wait. I explained to the receptionist that this is a bit ridiculous now. As soon as I showed my disappointment our room all of a sudden appeared to be ready. We went to our room and everything was fine apart from some really loud noises that was going off from the maintenance work that was being carried out but we was warned about this in reception. However they did say that this wouldn’t distract our nights sleep the following morning at 7:45 the noises started again waking me and my partner up.

Mice running amok.
Rooms where ok but need a bit of up dating. Do not eat in restaurant as mice running amok.Reported to desk but nothing we could see done about it. Restaurant open that evening. We would not stay there again.
