Great hotel with great staff. Highly recommended. Place is quite far from where the casinos are but they have a free shuttle. Restaurant serves great food too.

Billy, Director of Rooms, helped us assure all details in place, as we traveled with baby and had many requests. Then, the F&B room service and pool staff was excellent too. Very accommodating and beautiful setup for birthday. We stayed at this property ALWAYS when in Macau, before called Westin, now changed name. We would continue staying there.

Spacious room with large balcony

Spacious room, clean n comfortable, near the beach. Quite far away from tourist spots, n very inconvenient without shuttle bus service to the ferry pier. Quite disappointed all facilities are closed. Some problem with the toilet flush

The staffs were great. The facilities were great. The building was a bit run down. The hotel may or may not worth the 5 stars. One big problem is transportation as the Taxi in Macau is basically mafia operated with no Uber or Grab or Ola or Didi or Gocar. Several times we had to rely on public bus.

Jacuzzi not hot enough, looked like it’s not working well. No shuttle bus to town. Luckily we didn’t wait for the shuttle and decide to take taxi.

schöne Anlage und große 9.stöckige hotel. nur 5-10 Minuten entfernt vom City und luxuriösen Casino Areas. Sehr leckere indische Küche. Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber in den 90er war es bestimmt mal 5 Sterne plus Ultra, heute Maximum nurnoch 4sterne. kein Kofferservice. Kein taxiservice. Keine Mitarbeiter am Pool. Pool überhaupt nicht sauber. Cocktails nicht wie auf den Photos. Man muss alles über einen Qr Code bestellen. Ältere Menschen haben Probleme gehabt. Was ganz schlimm war sind die Taxis. In Macau kriegst du kaum irgendwo sim Karten zu kaufen, alle Taxi Apps sind nur auf Chinesisch, teilweise mussten wir 45 Minuten vor dem Hotel warten damit irgendwer mit dem Taxi ankommt.
