"Elevator is not air conditioned. One of the managers is not sympathetic and also not customer friendly. Breakfast has limited choices. They don’t change the towels."

"The property is clean but OLD and needs a facelift! The location was the main reason and lobby was nice but as you get to the elevator u feel it’s old hotel and once u get to the room u feel like you have been exported back in time as the carpet is old, furniture is old. Doors and windows are NOT soundproof and the walls are thin .., you can hear other people passing by or in the next rooms 🙈"

"The hotel was decent and very close to the metro which was great for traveling to different sights. It was occasionally loud in the middle of the night when trains went through and honked which was not great. The hotel and rooms were clean and staff was friendly. "
