  • Building with garage and elevator. In the heart of Colmar, in a quiet residence with video surveillance. Very sunny apartment on the 5th and penultimate floor with elevator, and private closed garage in the basement. Located next to the City Hall and the Monoprix shopping center, with shops, boutiques and restaurants nearby. Two minutes from the Saint-Martin Collegiate Church and the Unterlinden Museum.



    Apartment with a view of Germany and the Black Forest Mountains (Schwarzwald). Comfortable living space, well-equipped kitchen: cooking utensils, refrigerator, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. Two bedrooms, living room sofa, large storage, television, and WiFi.



    Basic equipment: towels, sheets, soap, toilet paper, washing machine and iron. Next to the Alsatian vineyard, several typical villages are nearby to visit, up to the Haut-Koenigsbourg castle.

    Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
    Hébergement bien situé, avec garage, propre, bien équipé. Accueil chaleureux du propriétaire Alain, toujours disponible si besoin, connais bien Colmar et ses alentours. Des petits cadeaux typiques d'Alsace nous attendaient à notre arrivée dans l'appartement (bretzels, vin d'Alsace...). On reviendra volontier lors de notre prochain voyage par là bas.
