"So good but so much room to improve It is a tough drive to get there and leave but so worth it. On check in with hotels.com prepaid all fees included was told my card would be charged resort fee. Later dinner charged service fee Feels like property just trying to get every last cent out of guests It is not a cheap property, just raise prices if necessary Waitress at dinner nice but poorly trained Not her fault. Large salad simply not good Mafongo shrimp mediocre at best Beer and wine good,dessert good Would be nice to have more than wall hooks to hang clothes. Would be nice to have the bar open during day. The included breakfast was spectacular. Most special part of visit. Mountains are gorgeous and sound of waterfall and wildlife unique and wonderful We were rained on a lot and did not care It was.just part of experience Could have used more help with luggage from parking lot Steep tall steps. Overall, very special but spoiled by greedy fees and not great dinner "

"The breakfast was a joke,the room they did not cleaned they claim that the do not disturb sign was on which was not 3out 5 was not cleaned.Ac was difficult to adjust. I took pictures which I will post soon."

"The rooms were very nice and clean. The breakfast staff, Carmen and Luz, were always pleasant and kind. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and always greeted us every time we walked in and out of the hotel. The security guard was super awesome. I will be returning to stay again"

"Old property/ provided only 1 dirty towel/ they have game machines on the lobby turned on until late at night/ the noise goes up to the rooms/ not worthy if you have been gone all day to the beach and return to sleep"
