"Great studio right in the centre of the old town! Walking distance to the lake, a selection of great restaurants and really well equipped. Perfect base for a solo traveller! Although worth noting given it’s an old building (expected given it’s the old town) that the walls are a little thin so you can hear the neighbours and the final staircase up to the studio is pretty narrow/steep so be careful if you have large luggage you may struggle getting up to it. "

"This is a small small room. It is in an old building and all a bit of a mess. Pictures do not give you true perspective of the room. Bed is against the wall so you have to climb over each other to get in bed. We love Annecy but this room was a big disappointment. A lot of money for what it is, untidy, not particularly clean . If you are over 21 do not stay here."

"Appartamento impeccabile, super luminoso, pulito e con tutto il necessario per soddisfare almeno 4 persone (pentole, piatti, bicchieri , ecc). Garage comodissimo, anche con auto grande siamo riusciti senza problema ad entrare nel posto ed uscire. Posizione centrale, a pochi passi a piedi dal centro di Annecy e comodamente servito da autobus, stazione a due passi. Negozi, bar e ristoranti nelle strade adiacenti. "This well equipped first floor apartment is located just a block from the beautiful lake and only about 1 km from the old town (15min walk) where you also can fine lots of interesting shops, plenty of great restaurants. The apartment was clean & spacious, perfect for our stay to explore this beautiful area."

"This was a lovely flat in a perfect location for strolling along Lake Annecy towards Old Town. The balcony looks out over a busy avenue but was a nice spot to enjoy breakfast. While on a busy street there was not a lot of street noise at night which was a plus. We were able to get a parking spot within the gated allotment for the building but there are several paid parking lots very close by if needed."

"It certainly has one of the best views in Annecy. I enjoyed sitting in front of the window with my cup of tea. The check in process was a bit bumpy. Vrbo correspondence had me thinking I would get an email with the check in information. But they sent me the check in information on Whatsapp. I did not expect that and so didn't see it. So, watch your Whatsapp for updates on your booking. That said, once I connected with the host on Whatsapp they were very responsive."

"The small house has just enough room and it was nice to have the outside area to eat in. When we booked, a washing machine was listed online, but by the time we got to the house, it has been taken off because it seems to have broken. This was frustrating to us."
