"St Vincent" is a very pleasant studio, with a lot of character, thanks to its cement tile tiles, typical of the 19th century.

The historic centre of Collioure is within pedestrian access. We are located in the living heart of the city. You will find everything you need in the immediate vicinity of the apartment: shops, restaurants, beaches, artists' studios... You can do everything on foot.

THE HISTORIC CENTRE IS IN PEDESTRIAN ACCESS.

There are several car parks in Collioure, I always send plans to help you easily find a parking lot. The station is very easy to access, you can easily reach it on foot (10min). Do not hesitate to ask me if you have any questions about transport (airport transfer, train...).

The building dates from the 17th century, my great-grandparents were bakers there. She breathes history and tradition!

Good Central Location Perfect for a Collioure Visit.

This is a perfect residence hotel for a stay in Collioure. It’s very central and convenient for everything. The boulangerie downstairs opens early and the smell of fresh bread and crossants is tantalizing. You can zip down to buy some and run back upstairs to have a coffee in your room. I would stay here again.

Emplacement fabuleux

Un petit appartement bien équipé et idéalement placé, parfait pour 1 ou 2 personnes sur un séjour court. Douche spatieuse, cuisine moderne. Pas trop de bruit malgré la rue passante grâce au double vitrage. J’y reviendrai sans hésiter.

Très agréable séjour

Le studio était très bien aménagé avec la clim’ (très importante en période de fortes chaleurs / de canicule !), en plein centre de Collioure, proche de la plage, du port, du Mouret, des restaurants, à ~10’ à pied de la gare. Merci beaucoup à la propriétaire Marie qui est très réactive et nous a recommandé notamment de bons restaurants. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Nous avons passés 3 nuits à la résidence St Vincent. L appartement se trouve en coeur de ville ou tout se fait à pied. Propreté des lieux disponibilité de la propriétaire et le confort du logement font que nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre passage à Collioure. Nous y reviendrons et nous reviendrons a la résidence St Vincent sans aucun doute!

Parfait

Nous venons à la Résidence Saint Vincent depuis pas mal d'années maintenant et nous n'avons jamais été déçus. Emplacement idéal, équipement complets : tout est bien pensé, rien ne manque et on profite en prime de la bonne odeur du pain chaud le matin grâce à la boulangerie juste en bas. Arrivée et départ simplifiés. Très bon rapport qualité prix, c'est une valeur très sûre.

Vacances Collioure en juillet.

Nous sommes restées trois semaines et nous nous sentions comme à la maison. La résidence est charmante avec son patio et l' entrée étonnante, à l intérieure tout est très calme. Résidence SUPERBE, très située dand le vieux Collioure. NOUS REVIENDRONS !!! Juste une petite remarque: pas assez de cintres.

Très bien situé, très propre, calme. Prévoir son savon et son liquide vaisselle. Pas de possibilité de laisser son bagage avant l'arrivée prévue à 15h ou après le départ prévu à 10h mais il y a une consigne au tabac juste à côté.

Nos ha encantado la estancia. Pasamos 2 noches muy tranquilas. El piso está muy bien ubicado, fácil acceso y tiene todo lo que necesitas. Un 10 a la atención de los anfitriones que estaban pendientes de los mensajes y nos aclaraban todas las dudas. Volveremos seguro!

Localisation excellente.

Située en plein centre, le logement correspond parfaitement à la description. La boulangerie au pied est un plus et tous les restaurants sont à moins de 5 min et la gare à moins de 10 min ainsi que les bus. Communication excellente et souplesse pour le départ.

Inmejotrable ubicación en el centro de Colliure a pocos metros de la playa y en el centro antiguo. Apartamento muy pequeñito con un único ambiente pero limpio y bien equipado. Como único problema decir que el sofá cama y el colchón era bastante incomodo.

J'ai apprécié Collioure hors saison, ses rues calmes baignées de lumière. Le studio est hyper central, dans un petit immeuble ancien. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour un court séjour. Je m'y suis sentie comme chez moi. J'y reviendrais avec plaisir.
