We offer this charming duplex, ideally located on the first floor of a quiet and secure residence in the sought-after Faubourg district, just steps from Port d'Avall beach and close to the town center via the pretty waterfront promenade that runs around the Château Royal.

This fully air-conditioned apartment offers a terrace with a dining area and sun loungers where you can fully enjoy your vacation by having breakfast in the morning sun, enjoying the summer heat, or dining at sunset. The living room features a dining area and a sofa bed, all opening onto a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, you will find a bathroom and a pleasant bedroom opening onto a small, sunny balcony.

Le gros probleme avec ce logement est qu'il n'a pas de parking associé pour la voiture.Meme en prenant un abonnement a 80 euros on n'est pas certain de trouver une place sur lle parking situé a 150 metres de l'appart.sinon faut aller garer sa voiture a 1 km minimum.quelle galère et quel stress.

Appartement très bien situé, près des plages, du centre ville et des commerces, pas besoin de voiture pour se déplacer, la terrasse est très appréciable

Un petit coin de paradis à Collioure

Appartement spacieux, très bien situé, facile d'accès et au calme. Idéal pour 2 personnes. La grande terrasse est vraiment appréciable. A quelques minutes de la plage et des commerces. Je recommande vivement cet appartement. J'y retournerai avec plaisir.
