Comfortable apartment T3 equipped for 5 people, with superb views of the bay of Collioure, in a residence and a quiet area with swimming pool (open in summer according to prefectural decree) comprising: living room-living room with balcony and view, separate kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, a master bedroom (bed 160 cm), a second bedroom (3 beds 90 cm including 1 bunk) bathroom with washing machine, separate toilet. Private covered parking space.

Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and pick it up at the key handover (double bed kit: 12.00 euros/ single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towels kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).

The rental must be returned clean and in good condition. The exit cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant who can, if they wish, make a household service request 72 hours before departure (rate communicated upon request)
