4PA72 - PORT D'AVALL - FAUBOURG - 300m from the beach and shops, and 600m from the city center. Magnificent apartment equipped for 4 people in a residence with swimming pool (open July/ August), tennis and parking space. It consists of a living/ dining room with access to the balcony and its fully equipped open kitchen (redone in Dec. 2023), two bedrooms (one with a double bed in 140 and the other with two single beds in 90), a bathroom and separate toilet.
Private WIFI connection.climatisation.
Additional optional services: linen is not provided but it is possible to book in advance and collect it at the keys (kit double bed: 12.00 euros/ kit single bed: 9.00 euros/ kit towels: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
- High chair rental: 15 € week
- Baby bed rental: 15 € week
- Hire wifi box: 39 € week
The rental must be clean and in good condition. The departure cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant who can, if he wishes, make a request for cleaning service 72 hours before departure (rate communicated on request)
You will be asked to regularize the deposit of your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and will be imperative before your arrival (No cash or check).
We are approved Cheques Vacances.
