"Physical staff not available. You have to speak with them over a computer and the Internet lags so it's an aggravating process. I spoke to 3 different staff members just to get checked in and then again to get room keys fixed because after 1 night our room keys didn't work anymore.
Also, bare minimum amenities left in room for guest so if you find yourself staying here make sure you bring your own everything. Towels too because good look getting anyone to bring extras. "
