"Clean room, staff perfect"

"We stayed in a one bedroom suite. I think it was recently renovated , neutral colours, comfortable bed. We loved the outdoor pool and hot tub , we used them everyday we were there. We loved being right in the village it is so convenient and great atmosphere. We snowshoed , skated on the trail and did the mountain coaster. Every where we were the staff were very helpful and friendly. We also had underground parking that we heated which was great as we had cold weather while we were there. "

"Retirement residence hotel building has no direct access to hotel with pool and hot tub Efficiency unit lacks everything kitchen without any dishes only a microwave and coffee machine have to ask for bedding for sofa bed lighting is card controlled staff failed to inform us"

"The stay was decent overall. The place was clean and comfortable, but some aspects could be improved. It was an average experience, but still okay for a short stay."
