Checking in the clerk was very friendly and helpful. It was the shifts that followed that was horrible. The customer service went down tremendously from that evening til the next day. The Guest House at Graceland
The staff were absolutely wonderful, from check in to check out and everything in between. The food was delicious and wonderfully themed to the hotel. I would definitely stay again if I am in the area. And I highly recommend it for a unique experience.

The Stallion
We only had a couple issues. Upon arrival we had no hot water and the people staying above us were up all night walking around and it feltvlike constantly flushing the toilet. Made it difficult for a good night sleep.
