"Rooms are in horrible condition. Basically a hostell. We were family of 4 and bunkbeds had no linens. I called front desk for towels as they dont clean rooms and it took 2 hours to happen. Do no lt stay here. Bugs/ spiders all in the room also. "

"Wir war für zwei Nächte in der Unterkunft, und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Tag am Strand war sehr schön, weil man nur etwa 5 Minuten gehen muss bis man da ist. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Man merkt sofort, dass es ein Neubau ist. Alles auf dem neuesten Stand.Lorenzo hat sich sehr um uns gekümmert und uns alles sehr gut erklärt und uns Tipps gegeben wo wir gut essen gehen können. Wir können uns sehr gut vorstellen dort auch eine oder zwei Wochen zu verbringen. Vielen Dank...

"My family and I had a fantastic stay at this beautifully decorated apartment in the heart of Città Sant'Angelo. The location is perfect—close to the sea and set within a charming, historic commune. The apartment was spotless and thoughtfully furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen that made it easy to prepare meals. Both bathrooms were modern and beautifully designed. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer!"

"Spacious house, nicely equipped, perfect for two families travelling together. We hade a great time relaxing by the pool, enjoying the beautiful views and having great meals on the patio. Peter, the host, was very easy to get a hold of, answering all our questions and helping us out. Dina was the perfect neighbour. We can highly recommend this villa. "Es war unser erster Urlaub in Italien, aber definitiv nicht unser letzter! Das Haus besitzt alles, was man sich für einen entspannten Urlaub wünschen kann. "Such a fantastic place to stay, the mini apartment is spacious and spotless. The location is perfect across the road from the beach including complimentary umbrella and sun lounges. The giant Swimming pool is pristine. Most of all the staff working here a delightful, and extremely helpful. We highly recommend this beautiful property in a beautiful town. "

"Lovely hotel - great value for money. Friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. Accessible to the beach, restaurants and public transport. We had a twin and a double room. Twin beds were apparently quite uncomfortable, but double was fine for us. Lovely adequate breakfast. Didn’t use the pool as it was typically in the shade, and the beach was just there! There were always lifeguards on duty at the times specified. The beach felt safe with water of approx 1m for 10m or so off shore. Only real downside was the neighbouring hotel which seemed to have a party club vibe from 10am until about 11pm with regular full blast warblings of off key karaoke. I like music and a lovely holiday vibe but this did drive us from the beach on more than one occasion. Overall, I would recommend this hotel as good value for money, decent location and welcoming, helpful staff. "
