"This property is atrocious. It should be a Motel 6. It was filthy, there were homeless people fighting in the parking lot, someone was throwing bricks over the side at the parked cars. My grandson and I booked this hotel based of the the previous ratings. We were too scared to walk to our room. We left and booked a room at the Westin. "

"Property was spotless, restaurant on site though I didn't dine there I've been assured it's very good. Plenty of parking, I was parked in front of my room. Pool was not open yet but there was a garden area where I able to enjoy a cigar away from my non s.oking room."

"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The toilet in our room was clogged, and despite informing the staff, no proper action was taken. Family with kids no where else to go, it was extremely inconvenient and unacceptable. The breakfast was another letdown. It was advertised as one of the best, but the quality and variety did not match the claims at all. It felt very basic and poorly maintained. The hotel also claims to be newly renovated, but in reality, the amenities are old, worn out, and not well maintained. Cleanliness was also a major concern throughout our stay. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations in any way. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience."
