There is a market with in walking distance that has all you need as far as food is concerned . An awesome Mexican restraint less than a mile away and other places to choose from for food. Very convenient location if your working in nearby towns.

Bed was comfortable. The property definitely could use a facelift. Breakfast was sparse, 2 kinds of cereal or waffles. Milk or coffee, juice machine was out of order.

Very nice room, especially for the price, lots of nice upgrades. Staff was very friendly. Grocery and department stores were within walking distance. The only noticeable improvement that may need to be made is resurfacing the parking lot. We would definitely stay there again.

A great stay during Aggie events

We stayed there because we were not able to find a room in Bryan/College station during the graduate ceremony weekends. This hotel/town is 20 mins drive away from their main campus. It is quiet and clean. My husband and I got a really good night sleep over there. We will definitely consider this place next time we visit our girls on campus.

There was a younger brother who was totally attuned to helping make my stay comfortable. His older brother was not, but the young one did go out of his way to fix things so it was a nice stay. I also found the interiors very relaxing and clean. It was next to a Grocery store and a Walmart so nice access.

Convenient and Safe

It was a quick trip for a football game. The hotel was convenient and the conditions were good. They appear to have made the effort to keep the proper in good conditions but the bathroom could use some work to address the peeling ceiling and walls.

I did not check in as once we arrived on property it felt very unsafe. There were people loitering around the hotel and it all looked incredibly dirty

This hotel is a great choice if staying in Caldwell. However if they changed the shower curtains it would make a huge difference. I took my lab top to do some work but the WiFi is horrible . If they were to fix these two things it would quickly be a 4-5 star place .
