About this property

College Stations Newest Rural Getaway * Game Day House

  • This new B&B home is a 2,100 square feet with 3 bedrooms that can be rented by the entire house or per bedroom suite. This A-Frame farmhouse has just been completely renovated, including new furniture and linens, located in rural south College Station. You will experience all of the amenities found in an upscale hotel in this intimate setting. The home is located a mile from the new Tower Point shopping center and a few miles from Texas A&M University. Each of the three bedrooms has a different theme with king or queen beds. The great room opens into the fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Two large leather sleeper sofa's and recliners make a nice atmosphere to sit and talk, watch TV on the large flat screen, or enjoy the wood burning fireplace. Enjoy the end of a day grilling on the outdoor kitchen or sitting around the fire pit while taking in the country side and wildlife. Washer and dryer available onsite. Breakfast will not be served if the house is rented as a whole.
